Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to:
  • discuss a physician's responsibility when adhering to medical staff bylaws;
  • describe the most common concepts found in medical staff bylaws;
  • recognize the legal terminology and language used to describe medical staff bylaw concepts; and
  • describe a peer review scenario typically set forth in medical staff bylaws.

TMLT policyholders who complete this program may earn a 3% discount that will be applied to their next eligible policy period.
